The “Like 2 Win” Contest is open to any person who becomes a fan of Travelchahca.com on www.facebook.com, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age.
Contest Rules
How to participate ?
- To be eligible for the contest, a user shall upload their photo on the Travelchacha’ wall. Only photos uploaded on the wall of the facebook fan page will be accepted, no other means of submission will be accepted.
- After uploading your pic start getting likes from your friends & family.
- Winning Price Category :
- 1st 100 Likes : The participant who gets 1st 100 Likes out of the all within a Week will be the winner of free Couple movie tickets/ movie vouchers. The choice of the vouchers will rest with the Company.
- 1st 500 Likes : The participant who gets 1st 500 Likes out of the all within a Week will be the winner of One Samsung mobile Phone Worth Rupees 3000/-.
- 1st 1000 : The participant who gets 1st 1000 Likes out of the all within a Week will be the winner of one Travel Package for couple worth Rs. 4999/- By Travelchacha.com
Terms & Conditions:
- Every Contestant has to become fan of Travelchacha’s Page of facebook and also have to insist to become fan to all liker of their post who likes their pictures.
- Any of the person who likes post but not in our fan list, would not be count as Like.
- The Contest period begins from Thursday at 10 a.m. and will end on Wednesday (evening) at 5:00 P.M. under the week.
- Upload your picture or stuff directly on the wall. The likes thus will be counted from first day of the week,only.
- The winner will be declared on every Wednesday at 6:00 ‘O’ Clock In evening.
- Likes from fake profiles will not be counted. If someone likes the page and then 'unlikes', their like is no longer visible. Such likes can't be counted.
- The user who has already participated in previous contest can't participate in this contest.
- one person can’t upload more then a single photograph.
- The picture must not be obscene and not contain any material hurting the sentiments of the users.
- Travel Chacha holds the right to delete any picture and content at any point of time in the contest.
- If picture comes in any copyrighted things.
- If picture or uploaded topic keeps any adult content.
- All the decisions related to the competition lies completely in the hands of Travelchacha.
- The Decision taken by Travelchacha will be final and shall remain unchanged in any circumstances.
- Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Travel Chahca will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page. Travel Chacha reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the contest.
- Once the winner is declared, he/she has to collect the winning Price within a week if residing in Delhi/ NCR . For outstation participants vouchers can be sent by courier.
- The names of the winner shall be posted on the fan page onwww.facebook.com. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of message.
- The winner will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by the Company within 24 hours from release of the chosen participant's name.
- The company will not be responsible for any error, failure, problem or technical malfunction in the process of uploading the photos and participant information. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that any materials submitted are to specifications and correctly submitted.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with facebook. You are providing your information to the Company and not to facebook. The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions.
- The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
- The employees of Travelchacha or any associated companies and members of their immediate family will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
- The laws of India govern the Program. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
